This women goes by the name ERICA (with a C). Born and raised in South East DC and now resides in MD. She first decided to push through and start a mentoring program for teens in DC. She was inspired after hearing about the horrific case of Arnesha Bowers, who was found dead at a house that was burned down. People have reported that a man was seen outside of th
